SouthWest Atlanta Bariatric surgery support meeting interest?

Would anyone be interested in going if there were one? 

I was thinking of starting one around Newnan - that would be a little closer to Douglasville and LaGrange, PTC for some of us around here?

They have a support group meeting at Henry Medical Center, McDounough.  It is the 4th Tuesday of each month in the education building.  Not sure of the start time but if your iinterested let me know b/c I know I have the info somewhere.  It is not put on the Hospital.  The Hospital just lets us use the space.  Now I know this may be too far for you also.  I know it takes me a long time to get to PTC.  Just wanted to give you another option.  It is only once a month.

My husband and I went to that group last week.   It takes about an hour-hour and a half with yall's 75 south traffic which is a bummer, if you do not have to ride in it! 

I was just thinking it might be a good thing for folks who are more westerly inclined and did not know if there really was anyone else interested. 

Also, Mz Linda - did your doctor go to yall's initial groups?  My husband is wanting to ask surgeon's questions about the sleeve, and is not finding many info groups that we go to have the sleeve as much of an option - either with surgery or with participants.
